All orders are subject to availability and offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our online store. BARKINS strives to fulfil all orders, however in the case an order can not be fulfilled you will be notified within 48 hours.
When you place a BARKINS order you enter into a sales contact, if you wish to cancel you are liable for any shipping and handling charges incurred by BARKINS. The completion of the contract between you and BARKINS is finalised once we despatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Prices shown on the site are in AUD$ and are inclusive of GST.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The AUD$ price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured.
PAYMENT
BARKINS Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by BARKINS. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to BARKINS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using SecurePay's Payment Servers, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure BARKINS customers' credit card numbers are never openly stored within the SecurePay System.
Transaction data is stored with a truncated PAN-- an abbreviated version of the credit card number --so that merchants can still distinguish transactions, while full credit card details are never stored.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
BARKINS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by BARKINS and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notifying of your order and shipment numbers. You can check the status of your shipment by visiting our shipping partner’s website and entering this information.

Simply type in your unique order and shipment numbers which we emailed to you and you can track your shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any item purchased on-line for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All returns must be received by BARKINS within 3 weeks of order date.
For your convenience items purchased on-line may be returned for exchange (only, refunds must be returned to the online store) at any of our Barkins stores under the above conditions. Please bring with you your receipt and the credit card used to make the original purchase if applicable.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
To receive a refund you need to post your purchase to the address below. Please include the receipt with the goods you are returning marked. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges which are not refundable.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour of the original style purchased. Should you wish to exchange for an alternative size or colour please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you. All postage costs will be covered by the customer. Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, a refund will be made crediting your original method of purchase.

Late Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of BARKINS and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content as herein described in this Site, shall remain at all times vested in BARKINS.
